The reason for the promulgation of this Royal Decree is that the second annual ordinary session of parliament has been closed since 11 April 2025 in accordance with the Royal Decree on the Closure of the Second Annual Ordinary Session of Parliament B.E. 2025. However, due to the necessity for the benefit of the state, in accordance with Section 122 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand, it is appropriate to call an extraordinary session of parliament. Therefore, it is necessary to enact this Royal Decree.
